We dispatch when driveways reach a contracted depth of 3". We engineer our routes to take about 4 hours or less under normal conditions. During a typical overnight snowfall, most routes will be cleared by 7 AM or earlier. You'll receive email updates on our progress and completion.

We'll always send pre-storm emails leading up to any sizable storms. We also have the capability of sending prior-to-service and post-service notifications, enabled during normal daytime hours to prevent after-hours notifications. You'll receive multiple progress emails, social posts, and notifications to let you know that J and R is always close by.
